For me, one of the best things of becoming a mum has been breastfeeding Milo. To be able to give him all the fuel he needs, comfort him when he is sad, make him feel safe and see his chubby little fingers on my chest or folded into fists while he lies there, making sounds of comfort. It is so worth the sleepless nights and sore nipples! And then the milk is always with me - so easy.

I have to admit that I was worried the first time I had to breastfeed in public. I have heard so many stories. But no one said anything.ast Saturday I was breastfeeding in front of a cafe in a pedestrian way. Two mummies with their (older) children walked by and looked lovingly at Milo and me. I could see that they recognised it. The beautiful and special.

Breastfeeding is so beautiful and amazing. And I am so grateful that it has been so easy for Milo and me. Some of the things that for me have been really important in the beginning has been comfort and wellbeing. It hurts, but the pain is worth it. You can make it a lot easier by caring about the outer factors. Like cream for the sore nipples, good breastfeeding pads and most importantly a good nursing bra. One that supports the breasts in a sufficient way, is easy to open when you are going to breastfeed, is comfortable, but still pretty. The breasts hurt so much in the beginning, both when breastfeeding and when baby has slept for a long time and the breasts are heavy and hard of milk.

Therefore I got really happy when Carriwell contacted me and asked if I wanted to try out one of their nursing bras. I immediately said yes and chose the pretty "Seamless Gelwire Nursing Bra" which is brilliant because it has a wire made of gel and therefore it does not hurt or bother you, and it supports the breasts natural shape, which changes throughout the day. It also lifts them so they still look pretty. Beside that it has no tags which I find really annoying and uncomfortable in other nursing bras I have tried. Even if you cut it out, the little part of it that is left still scratches. It is so pretty with the dots and is easy to open for discrete nursing, but still lets out enough skin for you to be skin to skin with your baby. I love it, it is without a doubt the most comfortable bra I have owned, and we are not just talking nursing bras here, and I definitely need to buy it in more colors.
